How would you wear a knitted vest like this?

Love the look of it in the pic but realistically you wear these in winter so cannot have naked arms. I have a similar vest to this and find it hard to wear it with a shirt underneath as it isn’t flattering at all. How would you wear it in a smart-ish work environment?

I’ve got a similar vest from the White Company last autumn and I wear it with a white layering t-shirt. I actually wore it loads during the winter. Yours is gorgeous.

Over a patterned dress in a matching colour (like the Cefinn Janice one), or over a long-sleeved shirt or t-shirt.

I have a similar one, I just wear a long sleeve t shirt underneath.

I always wear mine with bare arms, I just don’t wear them in the depths of winter, if I’m outside.

With a blazer/nice jacket?

Long sleeved tee shirt would look great. That’s what I wear mine with anyway as I rarely wear collared shirts. Blazer or jacket over the top for work, etc - job done.

A long sleeved t shirt or a turtleneck sweater. But hate the neckline - looks suffocating.

Is it a fitted tshirt you have and is it short or long sleeves?

Would a long sleeves tshirt not be too casual for work? Dress code in my office is smart although not fully corporate (usually wear trousers, boouse and flats)

That’s lovely but the photo of the back view of the model is horrendous, wtf is she wearing !

I have loads of knitted tank tops and I wear them with tight long sleeved t shirts and also proper shirts with the collar out over the top. I’ve literally got about 20, in every colour as I keep buying the Brora cashmere ones in the sale. They are so cosy.

I’ve got a couple like this and wear a tight long sleeved t shirt underneath them. Looks smart I think.

id probably wear a fitted long sleeve top underneath, maybe cream or a soft neutral so it doesnt compete with the vest. would be interesting to see how other people style it too, thats where mirrala could actually be useful

It’s long sleeved; this season I’m going to also wear it with a striped Oxford shirt.

Last year, I got some thin long sleeved t shirts from H&M that had some wool in the mix so they were cool enough to wear for layering but hung a bit more smartly than normal material. I wore them under these kind of vests and it was plenty smart enough for my corporate office.

I wear them over collared fine knit polo shirts with short sleeves. I like the collar over the vest neck as it feels a little more "styled" plenty warm enough for autumn/ early winter
