Liberty beauty drop is it worth it?

I am wanting to explore beauty and style a bit more and have been wondering if the Liberty beauty drop was a good way to start and explore? I have seen it mentioned here but was wondering what people's experience are.

I found it variable and there were occasionally repeat items. You do get a 20 voucher every month but you only get four boxes a year. Monthly cost was 25 a month when I subscribed

It's good if you want to buy the Liberty calendar as you can save your £20 credit each month and you also get £25 off it. If you shop at Liberty quite a lot or buy edits it's useful as you also get free delivery and 10% off the beauty edits. I look at it as each quarterly box costs me £15 in real money as you get the rest back in credit. I've only had it a year but enjoyed it so far.

I think it’s fine. I signed up for BD a year ago to get £25 off the 2025 advent calendar. I’ve quite liked the quarterly boxes. My plan was to use the BD credit to buy the 2026 advent calendar…but I don’t like it this year!

So now I’ve got £220 in my BD account and no idea what to buy with it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll keep doing BD and hope the 2027 advent is better!

It's worth it for free postage and 10% off kits and calendars if you want those.

Thank you everyone. Still not 100% decided.

I don’t think so - I did it to save up money to buy the calendar this year but hardly used any of the bits from th box. Then decided if I couldn’t use the stuff in the beauty box I’m unlikely to use up the calendar so I put the money towards a handbag instead!

I get it to save up for the beauty calendar every year. Wasn’t into skin care before husband bought it for me and I could really look at different products without buying loads myself.

Doesn’t completely cover the calendar but it does reduce the cost. I use pretty much all the content as well. Depends on how you’ll use your vouchers.

I’ve had it for a couple of years, mostly to save for the calendar. I have found new products through the boxes too, and some misses. The free delivery and money off edits is good. I don’t like this years calendar so have £285 credit and not sure what to do! I may continue and if I don’t like next years make a decision. Some of th edits are great value and as a BD subscriber they also do weeks a few times a year with discounts on perfume, skincare etc.
