I’m on the hunt for a new pair of black work shoes to wear with trousers. They need to be flat, I can’t cope with heels. I’m really out of touch with what’s in - loafers? Ballet pumps? I feel I need something more substantial for autumn but I’m not a brogue type of person! And then if you wear a lower cut shoe does that mean I have to get some of those awful tight socks that roll down your leg through the day?!
I got a lovely pair of boots recently so that’s sorted, but shoes to wear to commute and then walk to the office for the day - I’m totally lost. I normally wear shoes from Next, H&M and M&S, happy to pay up to about £75. Office vibe is smart but not too corporate, I can get away with things a bit!
