Hi everyone, how can I improve the condition of my saggy and wrinkled neck? It looks a lot older than everything else on me! Is it neck lift or nothing?

Sorry about the weird photo, but wanted to remove identifying bits and pieces!
Thank you

Massage with a light oil

Luckster1 · 27/08/2026 16:43

Prai night neck cream really helps my neck.

Botox can sometimes work to lift things a bit (google ‘Nefertiti face lift’)

Liquorandvinegar · 27/08/2026 16:52

I'm trying Roche Posay cream. Think it helps. I've also bought a book/tablet holder for my lap as I decided constantly bending my neck to read was doing it no good at all!

I’ve got the same problem and am considering platysma botox. Anybody tried this?

HotGrapefruit · 27/08/2026 16:57

How old are you OP?

I'm 51 and looking much worse - big jowls. It's worse since I lost weight. I actually look about ten years older than I am! This is why I'm going to have to do remote jobs with flattering face-adjusting forever. :(

Allseeingallknowing · 27/08/2026 16:58

OP - I wouldn’t call that a saggy neck

Didion · 27/08/2026 16:59

Thanks for your replies, everyone. I'm 50 years old, fyi

I didn’t find Prai any different to any other moisturiser, !it’s so overhyped

I think you look great !
I’m jealous of your jaw line.
Good skin care is all you need really and if you wear make up bring a bit of warmth down on your your neck as well , just a wee dusting of bronzer perhaps .

Didion · 27/08/2026 17:07

This is maybe a better picture

I'm going to come off Mounjaro. Been on it for a couple of months and think it's causing sagging!

Creams etc don't work, I have microneedling with skin boosters and it is starting to look good! I'm nearly 60 and saggy!

Edited

What are skin boosters? Tretinoin? Is there any down time with the micro needling, like blebs?

No down time, can be a bit blotchy and red but that's it.
Skin booster could be Profhilo or polynucleotide etc.

dollyblue01 · 27/08/2026 19:22

You could try micro needling, hifu, threads , botox , dr melaxin neck cream and neck serum, probably a combination of a few really, hifu and micro needling aren’t quick fixes and you’ll need a few sessions , the lady I go to does a neck firming treatment I think this is using skin boosters so that may help also x

dollyblue01 · 27/08/2026 19:27

Just checked she uses revitalise skin booster mesotherapy to firm the neck area.

This happened to me! Lost four stone on Mounjaro and my neck caught the main brunt of it. It was worth it for the weight loss, though.
I have been having polynecleotides injected into my neck. Three or four treatments (spaced four weeks apart) and then a “top up” every six months or so. I’ve had two treatments so far and it’s made such a difference. It’s £220 per session. I’ve tried neck creams, micro needling etc and it didn’t work.
