Make up for a fancy dress outfit

I'm a Wild West saloon girl (not literally, just for next Sat night). Got the red ostrich feathers, the fishnets and the ruffly skirt. What make-up would work, do you reckon?

red lipstick, blue eyeshadow, false eyelashes, plenty of blusher ... going by the old films anyway!
