Adidas VL Court 3 sizing advice for between sizes- comes up big or small?

Adidas trainer vl court 3- sizing? I am anywhere from a 5 , 5.5 , to a 6.
I wear a 5.5 in New Balance 574 which is just okay- a 6 is too wide.

I have a slightly long big toe and it's slightly turned up so I need a deepish toe box.

I'm happy to order 2 sizes but never having worn Adidas don't know if I need a 5, 5,5 or 6.

I find Adidas a bit on the big side, I wear a 4 in every other trainer brand, my Adidas are 3.5
