Autumn shoes for chinos and jeans

I normally wear Skechers trainers as I walk along way.
Needing to replace as the sole has disintegrated.
I bought some lovely black m and s chinos and have suede ankle boots for city trips.
Any suggestions for shoes or trainers that will go with dark jeans and my black chinos that I can walk to work in.
They preferably need to be hard wearing.

I love my VEJA trainers. I have several
colours and find they go with anything.

According to all the style pages ballets and loafers are the autumn winter thing especially in suede.
Im sticking to my ankle boots. I dont care for suede or ballets. Loafers are tolerable but the jury is still out on that one.

Leather loafers or ballet flats. I also love leather converse Run Star Hikes!
