Fun dress to go with these earrings

I have these earrings which I LOVE, they remind me of bubbles 😁 and I’m looking for a fun dress to wear with them for a friends 50th party - not fancy dress fun but something fun!

I’m

• a size 22
• very Apple shaped
• have a large apron belly so nothing tight there
• reasonable boobs 😂
• haopy to buy and wear shapewear
• Dont suit a high neck
• will be wearing flats or v low heel
• hair will be down and shoulder length big curls with lots of volume

I’m SO bored of wearing black maxi dresses! I want something that makes me feel fabulous and is fun! And it’s fine if you don’t like the earrings, they’re my joy 😂

@IHopeYouStepOnALegPiece Put a jump ring and an earring hook through the top jump ring on the earrings, which are fantastic BTW similar style but not colour to ones I made for a dress for Christmas.

I took it on holiday and at every wear, my family affectionately call it "the summery-est summer dress that ever there was"

I am determined to wear it lots through winter, because its do joyous! I've bought a base-layer that works underneath, and may team with a blazer at work

Dh bought me a beautiful pair of earrings for our first wedding anniversay but they were clip on and I can't cope with the feel of those. Took them to an independent jeweller and he was able to convert them for us very reasonably.

I came here to suggest the pink version of that last one. It would pick the green out in those cute earrings. I used to be a similar shape and size and this is a flattering cut.

Something crisp and white and middi with puff sleeves.
Something crisp, mid grey and middi with puff sleeves and maybe stripes.
Something crisp, deep teal and middi with puff sleeves.

Bright flats, yellow or gold.

OP, just so you're aware, the quality of Popsy dresses is atrocious - they bobble at the slightest touch, and they're nearly all made from extremely poor quality polyester

This is a great idea and definitely fits the “fun” idea. You could match the earring colours in the skirt and wear with a black scoop or boat neck fitted top to really make the earrings stand out.
