Just welcomed my first baby into the world a few months ago, I'd love to exchange any tips and tricks on how to feel like we are winning at life, whilst going through the biggest change we'll ever go through

Showers - they're now very short but I'm breastfeeding and experiencing the awful sweats so I'm having about 3 short showers per day - no time for faffing around really so I've indulged in fancy shower oils, scrubs etc so even though I only get 5 minutes, it's 5 minutes of heaven

Skincare - Liz Earle all the way, can often pick it up at tkmaxx. Love the facial and eye tonics they are perfect for after a bad night's sleep.i keep them in the fridge actually so they're ice cold

Food - pre chopped onions, peppers, garlic etc from the frozen section have been a game changer !!!

Fitness - really want to get back into this, so far I've just been going on walks, about 30 mins per day but I'd like to add in some home workouts along side this, just need to get a routine

Weight - I put on 4 stone in pregnancy, a lot has dropped off already but I'm still 18lbs above pre pregnancy weight. Going on holiday in 4 weeks and would love to lose say half a stone

Tips needed:

I need to find the best instant coffee, sitting down for a hit drink has become a novelty, and waiting for the cafetiere to do its thing while you have a ticking time bomb (baby) has meant it almost always gets forgotten

Need to get into a better habit of being more time economical with housework (eg, washing goes on first so that's looking after itself in the background while I'm doing other bits but need more ideas like this

This is all I can think of for now but I'll be back with more later

I'm getting in a good amount of water by downing a glass in the kitchen just before feeding baby, as if I bring the glass with me and put it down it will get forgotten
