Non-injectable options for mouth lines and loss of volume?

I’m getting really depressed about the vertical lines around my mouth, and the general loss of volume. I feel like my mouth is collapsing in on itself! 😂

I’m 51. I know fillers are the obvious solution but are there any good non-injectable solutions out there?

Nope. Although there will be someone who knows better than me, but I think it’s either fillers or maybe micro needling?

Senekos is good but still uses needles.
I have that once a year but have fillers for the problem you describe and I have no regrets. I’m 54. What is the objections to you have the fillers? Cost? Fear?

Tretinoin.

For loss of volume and skin sagging (which it's likely to be in your early 50s), then nothing is going to work as well as injectables (apart from surgery - which I'm guessing you don't want!). Filler isn't the only option - there are others that encourage collagen production - things like Sculptra and Radiesse. You should go and speak to a reputable aesthetic clinic and ask what your options are.

I wouldn't know how to begin to find somewhere reliable. Do you have any advice on how/where to research? What to look for/ask about? How do you know which reviews are honest and which planted?

Personally, I looked for somebody who is medically trained Because the Beuty industry isn’t regulated so you want somebody who perhaps used to be a nurse or a doctor with some kind of medical experience so you know that they understand about the body just in In case there was some kind of reaction, Then I would ask my AI to do some research on their background to make sure they’re legit and their business is registered uninsured, Also look for views I could recommend somebody for you who is in the south of England, but I’m not sure I’m meant to do that on this app. But there’s nothing to be scared of at all just make sure that they’re aware you want to be very natural and maybe just start very small and when you feel a bit more confident maybe then you could go have a bit more done. I will warn you though it is addictive. you build up to having it done it makes you feel so good and then you think oh what can I have done now? 😂 Good luck, you’ll be fine❤️
