Recommendations for short weights and resistance videos for menopausal women

(I've used the title recommended by AI)

I am 55 years old and menopausal, slightly overweight but not massively, maybe 6 Kg, but it really shows as I am very short, 5.1". I have zero energy in my body. A while ago I was able to force myself to do Jillian Michaels Lift & Shred 3 times a week, but I just can't face it now so I am doing nothing apart from walking (a fair bit to be honest).

I was wondering if you could recommend a 20 min video (or thereabouts) for weights and resistance, no cardio, to get myself back into some sort of routine. Happy to pay, but I understand there's a lot available on you tube. I'd appreciate recommendations that are specific for my age group, that don't have long introductions or long warm ups, that they get straight to the point or I just lose my patience. Thanks!

I like Caroline Girvan videos. Her videos are usually longer than you would like but there is a Christmas series that is around 20 minutes. There are warm ups and cool downs but I guess you can skip those.

Came on to say Caroline Girvan, her iron series on youtube is just over 30 minutes and you can go as light on the weights as you need to.

There’s someone on YouTube called Kaleigh Cohen who has a lot of 15 min weights workouts which I enjoy - none of the exercises are repeated. Some are more suitable for me than others - I have a shoulder injury so can’t do planks at the moment. I used to do Jillian Michaels as well but got fed up with the repetition so I just randomly choose a different workout from YouTube each day. Caroline Girvan also has a couple of 15 min kettlebell workouts which I like - not investigated whether she has normal weight workouts but v likely.
