What should I have on my nails?

I used to get SNS but found it chipping quite early. I recently used some press ons and the glue has destroyed my nails even more. My nails are so thin and bendy naturally they’re breaking and peeling to nubs and I need some protection. I don’t think SNS will provide enough so I’m wondering what the best option would be? Im a bit clueless on other options. I just want them to recover and grown out a bit but they’re too thin on their own.

I love a press on and can get two weeks wear, no damage but am in a little break at the moment. I’m using manicurist and it’s brilliant, the treatments and the colour. I can go days with no chips which is unheard of for my bendy brittle nails.
