Looking for a satin or silk top and similar trousers

Can anyone help me find a satin or silk top similar to this please? I'm struggling to find one that doesn't look flimsy/cheap, or like nightwear! Bonus points if you can recommend any similar trousers too (not as wide legged as these). I love the Reiss Millie trousers, but they're sold out everywhere!

Thank you. No they don't have to be beige, but I do like warm neutrals. Was looking for a champagne coloured top ideally.
