Recommendations for a dermatologist or laser specialist for under-eye hyperpigmentation

can anyone recommend a dermatologist or laser specialist for under eye circles caused by hyper pigmentation please?
Preferably in London but happy to travel if not too far. Thanks.

Try Skin55. Dr Taghipour does laser treatments, although I am not sure whether she treats under-eye hyperpigmentation or melasma.

Have you tried fading it with hydroquinone first? That would usually be my first choice before considering laser. Try the likes of Monderma, Dermatica and Skin+Me.
