Best summer trainers to wear with shorts

I really like wearing a pair of canvas trainers with shorts during the warmer months, and have spent years in either Converse or Superga, but I wondered what your best summer trainers are? I prefer something slim and low profile, nothing chunky. Give me your suggestions!

Adidas spezials

Converse and Superga are my go to too.

What about Vans or Rocket Dog? They also do white canvas ones .Or perhaps Gola.

I've just bought some white & black Onitsuza Tigers, they look fab with shorts and are very comfy. Also another vote for Spezials

I've always thought of Spezials as a more substantial trainer and not that plimsol-like, but perhaps I am wrong.

Lacoste Carnaby Evo, or Lerond. Leather rather than canvas but go with everything and are extremely comfortable whilst still being low profile imho
