Considering subtle hair colour for thin, once darkish blonde hair

Going to get my hair cut next week and am considering having some colour added. I am naturally a darkish blond but its changing.
Bit nervous to dye as my hair is thin.

I would ask your hairdresser for advice. Bleach can make hair thicker because it damages it (makes each hair strand a bit drier & fluffier). But it also can make it more likely to break off. See what the hairdresser says about whether yours can take colour or not

Have you tried supplements? I’ve been taking biotin + zinc (Nutrition geeks is the brand) and also iron (ferroglobin) and have grown a whole load of new hair since I started them.

Thank-you. No, I haven't tried supplements, maybe I should.

The hairdresser said if it were her she'd leave it, as she said it's turning into a nice colour.
Maybe I'll like it after it's got a good cut, I've been cutting it my self for 10 years.
