Black toe nail - how to disguise?

I injured my big toe a couple of months ago, the nail went black and I think will drop off eventually. For now, it looks gross. Can anyone recommend a good nail concealer? Full disclosure, I don’t normally wear any kind of nail varnish, so I haven't a clue!

No better a nail concealer than [dark] nail varnish! Treat yourself to a pedicure.

If you do go for a pedicure there's a lovely CND Shellac shade called high waisted jeans, it looks blue or black depending on the light. Dark so it will disguise the nail but it's not grungy if thats not your style

Just stick a plaster over it!!

My friend is a long distance runner and regularly has toenails falling off. She paints the remaining nail dark red, and when it’s fallen off paints the skin beneath! It never looks out of place

I stuck a layer or two of micropore on and then painted all my nails. Meant I only needed a single coat as the base was white. Did the same when it fell off. Joys of skiing!

I had a toenail fall off a few months ago. I go for pedicures and the staff recommended it just gets painted over as it will grow back fully in time so all my toes are bright red and no one would know.
