Liquid highlighter-type product for natural glow?

I’m in the market for a liquid highlighter-type product, the kind of thing I can mix with tinted moisturiser or just wear on its own all over the face to look ‘glowy’ and a bit more woken-up and fresh. The one I’ve used before is the By Terry one linked here

I do really really like it but is there a better (or cheaper!) alternative? New reviews suggest an updated version now has a more glittery effect (not what I’m after) so though I will go into a Space Nk as soon as I have a chance and try it, I’m looking for possibly something else.

I was wondering about the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Filter? Or Lisa Eldridge has this one which looks nice.

has anyone tried these, or indeed anything else that sounds similar? I am very pale, age 50, I have v good skin (less said about the rest of me, the better 🙃) so I luckily don’t need much if any actual ‘coverage’, I just want a nice glow.

I’ve not tried the ones you’ve mentioned but have tried Mac Studio radiance primer which is really good both with make up and without. Have also tried vieve skin dew which is also lovely mixed into a base or used alone.

I have the Lisa Eldridge and don’t reach for it often. It’s nice but I think it would be a bit much all over. Saie Super Glowy Gel is easy to use and softer.

I love the maybelline filter one with the spongy tip. The elf halo glow is meant to be a dupe for Charlotte tilbury Hollywood glow.

Some posters are raving about L’Oreal Lumi Glowtion on another thread.

No7 do an illuminator which is great, I mix a blob through my normal foundation and it just lifts it a bit. Not glittery as such but brighter. Costs about £14 and lasts ages.

Oh I will def try the elf one, I love all the elf products I’ve ever used! Will check out the others too, the L’Oréal one in particular sounds v worth a look. Thank you so much, everyone.

I quite like this, mixed with moisturiser gives a lovely glow for day time and I use on it own in the evenings

I use the MAC, it's a great primer but I wouldn't call it a highlighter. Not sure that's what OP is after.

Like the look of this! But I wonder if shade choices might be too dark for me. I’m very VERY fair-skinned so might not find a shade that suits in this. Thank you though, I’ll see if there is a bigger range at eg Superdrug 👍

I’m so rubbish with makeup that in all honesty I don’t really know what a primer is (or does) 🫣 but if it’s not a glow-giving product per se then you’re probably right!

I use loreal glowlotion before I use my cc cream or sometimes mix them together. It's really good & affordable

Maybe it's me that's wrong but I always thought a highlighter highlights certain aspects of your face such as cheekbones and a product used all over isn't highlighting anything as it will all be the same if that makes sense.

The MAC is more of a glowy primer although I do put powder over it. Then a bit of blush.
Actual highlighters make me feel like the tin man from wizard of Oz although undoubtedly my technique needs honing!

Nuxe l'huile prodigeuese in the pink is lovely.

I like the Sculpted by Aimee Protect and Prime - it's got SPF 50 and gives you a nice fresh look, I wear it most days with nothing over the top.
