Sunglasses for narrow or small heads?

The arm has come off a pair of sunglasses I found in the kids’ section of a shop years ago, they’re the only pair that ever fit perfectly 😢. I don’t have particularly dainty features but seem to have a small head and ears. All other glasses I’ve had slip off my face, hurt my ears or press against my eyelashes.

I’ve tried bending the arms, trying to adjust the screws and other recommendations but it never works. I even bought kids glasses from Amazon but they were true toddler size not just small/teenage size.

Any brands that usually come up quite small? I’ve tried some on in various shops but they just don’t fit

I have the same problem, sunglasses are massive

I have to buy good quality childrens ones. Last lot I got in Spain, they look like grown ups ones, not little kids ones.

My favourite pairs have been children's ones from Boots. If you need prescription sunnies, the Nifties range are good (despite the twee name!)

Cubitts do different sizes, including small for smaller heads and they have measurements on their website. They’re a great company, though not that cheap.

I have a pretty small head and wear Oakley Frogskins standard (they do a large size too)

I have a tiny head and wear Ray ban clubmasters.

I buy children's sunglasses but from the boys section as they are usually more muted, grown-up colours.

I also have a small head and I buy children's ones from amazon. I tend to go for brown or black ones that look universal rather than intended for children! Even small adult ones are usually too big for me.

If you buy fully plastic ones from david clulow they will heat the sunglasses and bend them to your face size

Do you have any recommendations for particular ones? I tried a couple from Amazon but they turned out to be for very young children

Ohh these come in different sizes! I’ve never gone beyond high street prices because I didn’t want to pay lots for glasses that don’t fit, so didn’t know that was a thing!

Thank you for the recommendations! I was worried people would roll their eyes at me being sooo tiny that I can only fit children’s things, but the rest of me is normal sized!

See if you can try on some Ray Ban Erika.

I battled for years to find a pair that are just right. These are just perfect for me.

Edited to add: these come in Junior size which are 50mm. The ladies are 54mm.
