Workwear ideas for a petite apple shape with a fuller bust

I am 51, apple shape 5ft 1 and size 18 on top (42f) size 16 waist. Good legs.
I am struggling with workwear. I work in quite a formal office 2 days a week - new job. And feel quite dumpy in shift dresses. And to be honest not very comfy. I am on hols in the moment but when I get back would like to be a bit bit more put together, a bit more glam and polished and I seriously don’t know how to start. I have looked at Hobbs petite and Boden but it isn’t quite right. My boobs are massive and I think that is the biggest issue. I just hate them and feel they dominate my frame. Grateful for advice

I should add I simply can’t find a jacket that works for me

Hi OP,
I've similar proportions to you and it is difficult to find suitable clothing.
Finding a good dressmaker to alter clothing you like in either regular or petite sizing is probably your best bet. That said, I've a load of items yet to be taken up/in as I never rember to get them altered. 🤦‍♀️

Forgot to mention that Melissa Murrell has some good videos on YouTube styling both petites and apples. Might be worth a look.
Think they're in her Styling Masterclass section.
