What’s on your autumn wish list?

I don’t think I need much this autumn but I am sure when stock starts to come in I will see a few pieces I want! I bought this from the TU sale this week. I am going to pair it with a white shirt (still needed), wide leg jeans and white trainers.

I have a trip to London at the start of October. Not sure what to wear - is anyone from London on the thread? Is it still relatively warm? I am from the north of Scotland and we will most likely be back in jumpers and boots by then. We have a lunch, theatre and a dinner booked so may keep an eye on some smarter items for then. I’d like to treat myself as I live in jeans and safety boots. - farming.

In recent years, early October is still quite warm in London, but it can be variable, so bring a cami, T-shirt, jumper and light jacket in terms of layers!
Most people are wearing trainers or flat pumps, and very little pattern on their clothes - think scandi architect . But it’s very casual .

That’s fab, love a structured knit. Not my colour at all sadly luckily or I would have snapped it up.

Can’t wait for autumn; I am much more a cool weather dresser than summer. The only thing I think I’ll be looking for is a black (faux) suede A-line mini-ish skirt. I wore a tan one loads last winter and couldn’t find a similar black one that wasn’t too short.

October in London can get chilly, especially later in the month and in the evenings. More likely to be wet than cold, though. It’s still jacket rather than winter coat territory - and definitely your new vest!
