Help with flattering but cool dress for the heatwave

Has anyone here bought this? Looks lovely and cool - but is it frumpy? How would you style it?

I like it in the plain blue. Add sandals and gold jewellery and it would look perfect day or night.

Whatever possessed them to pick such an outstandingly drab blue, and such a strangely pointless print colour scheme?

It’s also disappointing that it’s 85% lyocell so won’t have the wonderful weight or crunchiness of a 100% linen garment.

I would think you could find something much more satisfactory.

I'd say it's useless for a heatwave as the shoulders are uncovered. So enjoy your 30 seconds in the sun before you blister.
