Looking for Comfortable, Long-Lasting T-Shirt Bras

Hi,

Where is the best place to buy quality black T-shirt bras that last a long time and are really comfortable to wear?

I'm a DD cup and normally buy mine from Marks & Spencer. However, I think their quality has gone downhill significantly recently. After just a few washes, the colour started to fade, and the underwire began to move.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

My long term favourite is the Chantelle Hedona. Underwired, without padding, supportive and a good natural shape.

Washed carefully at 30C in a lingerie bag, mine last three to four years.

From which shop?

Which shop did you buy them from though?

I am a DD+ and for an underwired bra I like Bravissimo’s Satine.
I also used to rate Shapermint for non underwired, but the most recent batch I’ve bought rub so would purchase with caution.

I have never heard of Bravissimo. Are they generally a good place to buy bras?

My favourite t shirt bras are from George at Asda! They are long wearing, true to size, comfortable and ridiculously affordable.

i have bras from bravissimo, Ann summers, Freya and even a beautiful Rigby&Peller so it isn’t as if I’m comparing them to just primark!

Lemonade dolls sell a good t shirt one too

A good independent lingerie shop probably sells Chantelle. Mine generally come from Undercover in Launceston, in Cornwall but I have bought other styles on line. I do know exactly my size and how they fit me: I probably wouldn't buy on line unless I did, simply because when I have bought other brands, I always end up returning them.

I am a total convert to the Vtelor bras from Amazon. Non-wired, removable padding if you don’t like that, good substantial band - give a really good shoe on me - so comfortable, I hate it if I have to wear anything else now for a particular outfit.

You can buy Chantelle on John Lewis, Selfridges or other department stores.

I like Chantelle Norah.
