Where can I find a stepped hem winter jumper?

Please help me fimd a lovely jumper for winter.
Im looing for a stepped hem jumper so short at the front and bum cover length at the back.
Ive lost 6 stone and my botton looks like an empty sack of coal. Im busy weight training but its going to take a while.
