What to wear for a job interview in 31°C heat?

I have a job interview coming up and the weather forecast is set to be 31°C on the day.

What on earth can I wear that looks smart and professional, but is also cool?

Every time I move in this heat I'm literally dripping with sweat. I can't imagine wearing heavy structured material, and closed shoes! 🥵

I have had interviews on the hottest days this year. I wore normal interview attire. I carried my blazer and then put it on just before I entered the building.
The managers were also wearing blazers. I got to the second stage interview. I haven't been offered a job yet.

Oh, I wore a linen top underneath my blazer, but my trousers were synthetic. So not very cool.

I feel for you. We conducted interviews during the last heat wave. The room we were in was stifling. We all looked wilted and the interviewees were dripping. I put a box of tissues next to their chair with a hand fan, along with the customary glass of water, and invited them to use them, but no one did. It's just hard. You and the panel will being doing your best. What clothes you choose will partly depend on the role and partly need to be weather appropriate. We were interviewing for a senior professional role, but none of us was in sleeves or jackets or closed toe shoes, including interviewees.
