Adult rash vest for big boobs

I’m after an adult size rash vest, short sleeves with full zip from top to bottom. I can’t seem to find one after searching online, I burn easily on holiday in the water so usually wear a top over my swim suit but I’d like to wear one of these (if I can find one!), please help! I also have big boobs…!

Gym wear also works, I'm on a sailing holiday and these from primark are ideal.

I'm not sure if they have a short sleeved jacket version though, but maybe you could shorten the sleeves. If you find something described as gym wear rather than swim wear, it should work.
