Criteria:

For a funeral, so black.
Size 10/12
Something more lightweight as its going to be mid 30s.
Ideally under £60

I've been trying to look but the search feature isn't working well and I keep getting thrown back.

Is it normal that delivery says upto 16th of July?? There is no option for next day or anything!

Why Next? Look on ASOS, you'll find plenty of options on there and you can do next day delivery, likely you could get something by Monday if you order today.

So I could put it on my account and pay in 3 interest free installments.
Plus I paid for next unlimited, so free next day delivery for a year but obviously doesn't count in sale times, which I now know.

Unfortunately Next sale stuff takes a while to be delivered. I’d be looking elsewhere.

Yes Next Sale stuff can take weeks to arrive. I’d be looking in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Primark, New Look.

I might go look round the charity shops later. My usual funeral dress was £8 BNWT from M&S. £60 on label but it is not suitable for a hot day. Thicker material and long cuffed sleeves.

I bought this last week and it’s even cheaper now. It’s very comfy and lightweight and has pockets too!

That first Next dress would be perfect, if you have a simple black blouse to wear over it as a 'shacket', and would be very cool on a hot day. It would mean you could travel in just the dress, then slip the shirt on for the formal part of the day

My funeral dresses were M&S long sleeved skater style , longer lengh and one from eBay BNWT from John Lewis black lined shift dress which I wore with a blazer .
It is tough to find what you want ./need .

The delivery dates aren't a guarantee, I bought loads on my vip slot on the 1st, 7 items arrived in store yesterday. The other two bundles haven't been dispatched yet though.

Can I ask, if I add them all to my account, theres like £200 worth in my basket, if they don't arrive and get returned before a month passes will I be expected to cover the take 3 amount for all items? So £70ish?

No, the refund is instant when you return in store. Absolute worst case you don't have to pay in 3. As long as you make the min payment (incurs interest). But the returns process is one of the best on the high street new look and m&s being the worst

I wouldn't bank on most sale purchases being here before Thursday.

I got a dress from charity shop for £3, a Next dress but its an 8 and a little tight and the funeral is same day my period is due so not sure I will be able to wear it with the bloating.

I think i will order a couple from next and if they dont come I will just wear the winter one or stuff myself into the 8 🤣
