Product recommendations for dry, unruly hair developing curls in your 40s

My previously straight hair is now neither curly or straight. My hair is much dryer and more unruly now I’m in my 40s. I might try and lean into it and encourage these curls that seem to want to appear. Has anyone got any recommendations for products please?

Could possibly try leaving your hair to air dry after washing with a bit of leave in conditioner to help define any curls. I sometimes do this and then use Umberto Gianni Curl jelly over the top of the leave in conditioner. Alternatively for a softer look I wash condition then just use a very, very small amount of coconut oil (can always add more later after it's dried) through the mid lengths and ends. This seems to help condition and define my curls.

My hair is suddenly curly too, it’s bizarre.

Olaplex - no 9 serum in particular. Also love Ouai hair oil.
