Very good condition Vinted or ready for the bin?

Would you accept this order from Vinted if it was sold to you as Very good condition? Vinted seems to think it’s exactly that, very good condition!
any one else unhappy with Vinted support? I

I bought a pair of adidas trainers which were fakes. I realised too late and vinted just kept saying they couldn’t do anything as I was outside the rejection window (they only give you two days and it’s not always easy to spot that they are fake). They refused to do anything and the seller is still selling other items. Once I knew what to look for, I looked at a number of listings for trainers and approx 50% of them were definite fakes.

Vinted is such hard work now due to the stupid sizes and the absolutely appalling customer service. Oh and they use Relay too who are absolute shite.

I suspect there just isn’t enough good quality second hand clothing yet. Fast fashion doesn’t last, it won’t go round second time like good quality clothing did.

Vinted “support” is minimal and relies on AI responses as the first line, if you persist you may get an actual person but tbh that’s not much better!

I can’t really tell from the photos what the issue is, maybe that was part of the problem with the dispute resolution? If the item had damage that wasn’t shown on the listing then it’s Significantly Not As Described and Vinted should have sided with you. But perhaps it’s not clear from the photos what the issue is with the item and Vinted have erred on the side of the seller.

I think the MN virtual signallers love to say I buy everything second hand/vinted it’s so environmentally; ok support shop lifters.
