What shoes & accessories with this outfit?

I'm wearing the below red skirt to a wedding with a white 3/4 sleeve shirt (unless it's boiling again in which case white silk cami much like the photo) and looking for help on shoes & accessories.
Shoes - I was thinking gold heel based on image so ordered these Carvela Alina sling heeled shoes in gold | ASOS but they are too small & sold out next size up. I can't do too high but open to other ideas. Or would black be better?

Accessories - necklace/bracelet/earrings/bag big enough for phone, glasses & lippy. I'm unlikely to find anything in the same share of red so probably gold or silver or even a contracting colour

Have got £150 for everything so open to vinted/cheap ideas!

I think the champagne tones in better with the red than the gold.
