I decided to stop hesitating and buy the damn stuff that I’ve been eyeing for ages.

Will get tonnes of use out of them 🩷

Anyone else had a splurge too?

I agree it's better to save up and then buy something you really love rather than buy lots of cheaper things that you get through quickly or don't like as much.

On a far smaller scale I've just bitten the bullet and ordered myself some proper flip flops from Fit Flop rather than the multiple cheap pairs I must have worn and chucked over the years.

Which is what she did - she said in the OP that she’d been eyeing them up for ages. So the opposite of an impulse buy.

Jealous of the Chloe bag - I’ve loved the shape and tones of the canvas one for ages (just looks a bit more structured than the woody tote) I just don’t personally like obvious branding on anything 😭

Quite different budget but I just ordered some black and cream Adidas Sambas (my current black and white ones are so worn down at the sole, and they’re my main work shoe) and a white Lioness Bloom top, both from ASOS. I also got some new leggings in the Sweaty Betty sale for reformer.

I just splurged (well spent a bit of my redundancy) on a gorgeous £30 brown cotton shirt dress from M&S for my new job, a £20 cream leather bag on Vinted which is identical to a blue one I have had for years and absolutely love, an £3 orange cardigan on Vinted (orange is my best accent colour) and a pair of barrel leg jeans on Vinted for £12 to try them out as my trusty wide leg styles no longer suit me now I have lost 8 stone.

Not quite Chloe bag territory but I am happy with my spends.

Yes!! I’ve ordered these for my holiday! I hope they suit 🙌 if the reiss belt is nice I’ll send the other one back. And if it doesn’t I’ll keep the belt.

They are the best, last for years and you can walk miles in them.

Glad for you OP, it's lovely to buy nice things which you will love. I have a nice Fairfax & Favor basket bag which gets compliments all the time. I now am looking at Holland Cooper for inspiration and I want a Cartier Tank!!
