Recommendations for beach flip flops that do not rub

As the title says really. I am after nude or bronze flip flops that don't rub the top of my foot or between my toes. I don't need arch support or anything extra, just a plain pair of beach flip flops. I have tries Havaiana's and Ipanemas so far and both gave me blisters.

Can anyone recommend? I've considered Archies so far

Thank you :-)

This reads a bit like an Archies advert to be honest..Never heard of this brand outside of Mumsnet...!
Anyway, blatant advertising aside, I love my Havianas personally. Currently wearing a pair that are 6 years old and going strong.

Or maybe they’re just good.

Another vote for Archies here. I have 4 pairs at the minute and I LOVE them. I’ve worn them for years. My black pair lasted me 4 years until I got paint on them otherwise they’d still be going strong.

Yes maybe. I just think its a coincidence that there's been at least two other similar threads with a rush of posters who recommend Archies, like I say never heard of them outside of Mumsnet 🤔

I’ve been on MN 20 years and buying Archie’s for a few years. Many people
are recommending them because they are good 🙄

In fact this thread has made me buy a new pair in taupe

There's no need to be defensive really, I'm entitled to my opinion. Enjoy your Archies!

Hi I’m the OP. I’m definitely not advertising them. But I do think there’s a lot of advertising for them on Instagram and word of mouth. I went to see my cousins today wearing them and ready to rave about them only to find that they had also just bought some!

I was introduced to Archie’s when I was in Australia in 2023 by my cousin, who raved about them. I finally bought a pair last summer. (Had to size up- I think it might be because my toes are shorter so need more overall length.)
A week after I started wearing them I got a nasty mozzie bite and my foot swelled up massively. They were the only things I could physically get on and I had to wear them to work/ all day for over a week- they were an absolute godsend.
I love them and thought I would get another pair when they wore out. Still waiting for that to happen!

shein do a version of the Archie’s and they are amazing. Less than a fiver.

I had a pair of crocs flip flops that were fab and lasted a good few years. Now I have a pair by Reef with a leather thong and I can walk in those all day…again, they’re a few years old now.
