Any non-invasive treatments or exercises that help improve neck skin?

Is there anything non invasive for necks? Mine has suddenly gone awful. My face isn't wrinkly.

Has anyone found exercises or creams that work? Or shall I just put up with it?

I had microneedling and it did nothing and was bloody expensive for the sessions.

It might work for you though.

Obagi zo growth serum makes a real difference to my neck @Turkeynecker - I notice when I forget to use it or it runs out!

Weleda Gentian night contouring cream and serum is my favourite.

But mainly, reframing it... Your name isn't Turkeynecker.. your name is Claire or Sharon or Clarissa, or something, and your neck is the normal neck of a woman who is your age. And that's great! Don't let the glitz and fakeness of the world drag your acceptance of your neck down, it is a lovely neck 😁

Laser treatment and/or botox

Throat and Decollegate cream.
I tried the Prai one , works well but I didn't like the smell
( I use the Gold one )

Or StriVecctin (I haven't tried it but it has good reviews )

Thought I'd update. I wasn't going to bother trying any creams after previously trying a well known neck cream that did nothing.
Anyway I thought I'd try this one and am really happy with the results so far. I use a tiny amount morning and night and only on my neck. The vertical lines have lessened. Horizontal ones haven't changed much but I didn't expect them to. I've been using it for about a week.
I started doing a neck exercise too. The one where you force your mouth corners down to make your neck muscles tense.

Any other tips gratefully received.
