Where can I find a dress/kaftan similar to this?

I've reached an age where I'm finding the summer months uncomfortable but I also hate wearing fitted dresses so I was thinking a stylish(ish) kaftan/floaty/boho type thing would look ok and I came across this.

I really like this style/look but this store has terrible reviews and when I Google for anything very similar all the places selling them are cheap Chinese stores masquerading as UK boutiques and all have equally poor reviews. Sadly I don't have lots of money to spend on clothes atm. I've looked on Vinted but can not find anything similar.

Where can I get something like this, ideally in a darker/different colour (I'm fair skinned and light colours wash me out) and also in a nice cooling fabric.

Do you know how to use a sewing machine? I made something like that, with no paper pattern, in a few hours. There are loads of tutorials on line, and it’s so easy to do.

Sadly not, I'm useless, my dear mil used to try and teach me, I resorted to getting her to do all of my repairs and tailoring. Sadly she's no longer with us.

The other option is market stalls at street markets, fairs, agricultural shows, festivals etc. They're likely to be Chinese made but at least you'll see before you buy.

What more? I would want it to be cotton or linen not rayon/viscose. I know some people find lightweight viscose to be cool but I don’t. Still, better than polyester. Love it apart from that.

Do avoid Light in the Box. I once ordered a tee shirt from them (may have been a sweat shirt - can't remember now). It had a slogan written on the front - with a very obvious spelling mistake 😂🤣😅

Do you have a branch of TK Maxx near you, they have a lot of loose cotton dresses. I had a black and cream kaftan which I bought from a market stall in France, it lasted years, I loved it and keep looking for another.
