Having clothes tailor made, what should I get for my new wardrobe

Im currently in Asia, and I'm visiting a tailor tomorrow (have googled endlessly and picked one that is more expensive but everyone says is worth it)

I have a week here, so should have enough time for alterations and fittings.

Im thinking of getting a couple of good quality linen dresses, maybe a silk shirt or two, and potentially some trousers made. Is there anything else i should add to my list? I don't wear suits to work, so a jacket doesn't seem worth it.

A well fitting blazer can be dressed up or down and shouldn’t date.

Silk dresses - bias cut or otherwise?

If you wear hoodies, a hoodie actually sewn to your measurements looks a lot better than an off the peg one.

Maybe a light, smart coat like a trench coat, OP? They work well for evenings out where you need to be a bit more dressed up, or for work events.
