I may have asked this before, but how do people rate this brand?
I’ve seen some of their pieces on IG which quite appealed to me - dresses, skirts, shoes, bags, etc - but aren’t all that cheap. And I’ve never actually tried any of these things on.
Have you had positive or negative experiences with them? Are they good value? All comments welcome.

I had my eye on a couple of things from there, a dress which was £120 and a coat which was £400. (Eye watering 😆) I bided my time and scoured vinted until they both came up on there for well under half the price. The quality is good but I would say under par for the price. The dress fits and hangs beautifully but isn't lined. The coat was lovely and good quality but I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full whack. I do get quite lucky with vinted I have to say, so if you can be patient and look regularly it might be better to buy from there.

Quality not great for the price. I bought something a few years ago and had real problems returning the item and getting a refund. Customer service was poor. I have avoided it since.

abathofmilkwithladydi · 18/06/2026 19:04

I’ve got a few bits from Vinted and would say 100% not worth the price brand new.

Kingfisherfly · 18/06/2026 19:07

It's such a shame because this should be my brand. Based on their images and styling I could build my whole wardrobe with them.

Ever the optimist, I have placed two largish orders with them and both times returned everything because the quality is shocking for the price.

PermanentTemporary · 18/06/2026 19:08

I bought one top from them and it’s been great.

Overtheatlantic · 18/06/2026 20:04

I rate their trousers, especially the Apartment Pant. They come up looooong but a trip to the tailor and they’ve become a staple in my wardrobe. I have them in black and beige/taupe.

Statsquestion1 · 18/06/2026 20:10

I have a few of their blazers and I think they are fab! Great quality!

FlorenceBlack · 18/06/2026 20:16

I’ve seen lots of negative reviews on here about their customer service so wouldn’t order based on that

RedRosie · 18/06/2026 20:37

I've had work trousers (silly names, these were "runway pants") in the past, and they were fine. Lasted a couple of years, were smart for the office and washed well. It's not "high-end" quality though. Customer Service and delivery etc were fine.

DaisyMayBojangles · 18/06/2026 21:15

I have a pair of boots and they are lovely. They were expensive, but I got them as a birthday present in the end. Very good quality soft leather.

RobinEllacotStrike · 18/06/2026 21:21

Boots - great.

clothing quality- meh

Hdoodley · 18/06/2026 21:25

I’ve just bought a bag and it’s beautiful and worth the money for the use I’ll get out of it.

MabelAnderson · 18/06/2026 21:27

I don’t buy from them as apparently their returns are terrible, a couple of people I know had problems being unable to return things. Perhaps they have got better but check their return policy with a fine tooth comb.

thecatneuterer · 18/06/2026 21:28

I think the trousers are cut better than anything I have ever found. Just the pull on ones, but my word the cut is amazing. Consequently I'm very impressed despite them being a bit pricey.

LivingDeadGirlUK · 18/06/2026 21:28

I've got a biker jacket style jumper which I got from Vinted and the quality is good.

Apileofballyhoo · 18/06/2026 21:29

I have apartment pants that I got years ago on a black Friday deal. They were good for that price, I think €40 ish. Feel like wearing yoga pants but they look much smarter. The elastic in the waistband constantly twists around though. I would have bought another pair for €40 but they've never been that price again.

Springisintheairohyeah · 18/06/2026 21:33

I bought a printed maxi skirt from them - I loved the skirt and it was a great shape, but it faded and bobbled almost instantly. Gutted, because it was lovely, but it really hasn't lasted

Foundress · 18/06/2026 21:35

I have two pairs of their trousers (agree on the silly names). I had to return the first two pairs as the regular length was far too long. I had no issues at all with returning them. I ordered in the short length and they were fine. I am 5 foot 7 inches tall so I don’t know who the regular length are designed for. They wash well and look nice on. The fabric is starting to bobble a bit which is annoying given the price they are.

TheChosenTwo · 18/06/2026 21:37

I think they’re decent enough for the price. The things I’ve had from there have lasted well, retained their shape, nothing has unravelled or bobbled. Their trousers are cut really nicely for me too.
I’m happy with the things I’ve bought.

honeylulu · 18/06/2026 21:51

I've only bought second hand but I've really loved everything I've bought so far. The fit/cut is really flattering on me so it's my current favourite.

SparrowFeet · 18/06/2026 21:56

I bought a few years ago. Disappointed. The fabric is heavy and not breathable and just didn't feel very good quality. The straps on the dress felt scratchy and the trousers (runway ones) may be flattering on others but certainly not on me. They just looked and felt like school trousers.
