Recommendations for taming wiry grey hairs without making hair greasy

I have brown just beyond shoulder length hair. It’s about 30% grey, but the greys are wiry and frizzy and can make the rest of my hair a bit of a frizzy bush, especially on warmer days.
I’m looking for a styling product that will calm the greys, but not make the rest of my hair look greasy, so oil based products are out. I’ve tried a few and I just end up looking like my hair needs a wash, rather than looking sleek.
Can anybody recommend anything?? TIA.

I like the Paul Mitchell foaming pomade. It’s a liquid that shakes into a light foam and is lovely. Expensive but lasts a long time!
