What shall I wear to Silverstone hospitality?

I don’t have team merch. Silverstone hospitality areas are more casual than other sporting events I’ve been to but I still want to look nice.

Any ideas. I’m 52 a size 12 and 5 ft 3.

F1 or MotoGP? Not that it really makes a difference but it’s all very casual. I’d do jeans, trainers and a blazer. Depending on what hospitality section you are in, it can be cold. It can be warm on the ground at Silverstone but freezing up in the stands due to the wind. If it’s a cold and damp day, the entire place will be cold so potentially I’d look at replacing the blazer with some sort of 1/4 zip jumper, ankle grazer jeans and a light weight rain jacket. Don’t over think it. Literally the entire place is jeans, merch and a jumper.

I’ve been multiple times to the paddock club. If that’s the area you mean, due to work. All the guests tend to be in smart jeans, jacket, comfy top, trainers, sometimes men in chinos, it’s very casual as you need to be comfy, but not like your popping down the supermarket or about to do the garden.

Comfy shoes and maybe something warm - we needed hats and gloves when we were there in 2024! Smart jeans and a top plus jacket?

Are you going for F1? If so please give Lewis a wave for me.
P.S. definitely not a backless dress and high heels like Kim Kardashian.

Haha! The Kim K comment made me laugh.

I certainly won’t be stealing any towels, that’s for sure.

Comfy shoes - there is a generally a fair amount of standing/walking on uneven ground even if you drive to the VIP parking.

Yes, we do have a parking pass.

For ignition club if I remember correctly you just go outside the marquee to watch so not too much walking etc. summer dress and a jacket if weather is decent, one step down from wedding guest

We decided NOT to do the helicopter park & ride. The person who booked briefly considered it when he thought it was £1,000 but then realised that was per person 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and there are 8 of us!
