Evening top to wear with jeans help

Im 56 and looking for a top to go with jeans foe evenings out. Im not keen on my arms so prefer a 3/4 sleeve or that at least covers half of upper arm. Any suggestions would be great please.

A satin shirt or pussy bow blouse can smarten up a pair of jeans. M&S currently have a brown satin pyjama top that’s only £22 that would absolutely pass as a blouse. It’s lovely.

Mint Velvet have some beautiful spring/summer knitwear that works well with jeans; some of it has a bit of a gold sheen.

I would say that generally long sleeves would look more chic than anything designed to ‘hide’ upper arms.
