Crepey turkey neck after weightloss

Hi all. Recently lost almost 100lb and yesterday I was horrified when I accidentally opened my camera and it was facing me. The HORROR!! My nan had a neck like this in her 70s and I’m not even 50 yet. I’d love to get a face/neck lift in the future but tbh I don’t need it right now. My face is actually rather fab and I regularly get told I look late 30s where in reality in almost 48.

so. turkey neck. What can I actually do in the short term? Any skin tightening laser thread type things that could possibly tighten this up for a few years/ short term? Even a small improvement to reduce the crepey thing would be good . I’ll attach a pic

First of all, well done on your weight loss. I don’t think your neck looks anywhere near as bad as you think!
However, if it’s something you want to treat, both RF micro needling and HIFU are good for skin that needs tightening.

Slap on copious amounts of moisturiser every morning and night. It’s consistently that makes the difference vs the product.

I emailed a plastic surgeon for a consultation because, like you, I have this issue after losing c. 14 stone. They said there have been a lot of advances which mean a full face lift isn't required for this kind of thing, for example, and minimally invasive key hole options etc. Might be worth you emailing a few, or seeing someone, to see what your options are. I'll be doing this again when I hit goal weight, which I hope is soon, but will proceed, regardless!

Mine is improving a little with time and I am being more conscious of moisturising morning and night. There are also cosmetic options like photos and surgical options that you could look into
