Anyone know how Adidas denim loose trousers sizing compares to usual jeans?

Can anyone help me with the sizing of these jeans? Has anyone got a pair? It seems they aren’t quite what you’d expect typical jeans sizes to be so I’m slightly confused what size to get. I am generally a 14, sometimes a 16.

I don’t know about those particular trousers, but I find Adidas sizes very small for clothes and shoes.
