The position of the tag isn't sitting right with me . Isn't it usually between the first loop and side? What do you think ?

They look new to me especially with the center creases looking so fresh.

I have these jeans already and the crease stays in even when washed. It's a feature of this style.

I don't think you should order them.
It sounds like you would probably get them and then do a complaint. Which is just a faff for everyone concerned and costs money in postage.

My kids are a nightmare for taking the tag off something then deciding they don't want it, and I would still call it brand new only tried on, even if I had to reattach the tag.

@Branleuse I don't think people should be lying about status of clothes.
