As I have previously recommended this company, I feel should now warn potentisl
customers about them. Unfortunately their customer service has tanked over several
months and is utterly appalling now. A quick look on trustpilot shows how many people simply aren’t receiving refunds, weeks after returning. Since January Acai have been trotting out the same well worn excuses about “busy periods” and returns being safely in their system. It’s a cheek to begin with that they state 21 days to process refunds but they are far, far exceeding that. They don’t respond to emails, no phone lines and when people complain on trustpilot they come out with glib excuses and promise it’s not their usual standard and will prioritise that persons refund as urgent, and then still don’t. I eventually got my refunds but others have had to go to further. Surely after months of this they could employ more staff to have a semblance of customer service and finance dept?
I am posting this because it feels they are lavishly taking the p out of customers and making no effort to rectify it even after months. Because I’ve previously recommended them (as they do actually
make good outdoor wear for women) I don’t want someone to order and then be hugely
out of pocket. It’s a shame because I like their clothing but will never shop with them
again. Shocking company.
