Hello, I'm a 34 E and need a reliable stick on bra/cups or anything that will provide secure uplift for an evening. Have tried perky pairs in the past but the adhesive doesn't last longer than an hour before it either peels or drops.
I've also used tape but have been left with gorgeous peeled off skin.

The dress I'm wearing is racerback but it might as well be totally backless.

Can you help me mumsnet? My ideal would be something that sticks on the boob and goes up around the neck but I'm desperate and would welcome all suggestions.

*I know.... change the dress... not an option unfortunately. Thanks in advance X

Ahh we are similar sizes and I find this a pain! Never had much luck with backless bras or tape, but sometimes I've been able to use a multiway bra, but by sewing some thread into the dress where I can feed the straps and even back through so they stay where I want them

Any chance you could even sew a bra into the front of the dress?

I’m sorry i can’t help op. I used to be a bra fitter and we never found a solution for stick on bras for larger cup sizes. Even with smaller cup sizes, we would hear of issues such as them coming off because the woman was moving around at an event and got a bit hot and sweaty. If anyone else has found something that works since then, fab!

thank you both X
Can you imagine the payday for the person who invents the solution to this issue?!

How about a low backed bra?

Macmin · 28/05/2026 14:24

unfortunately the back of the dress comes too just above bum level. but thanks! I'm grateful for these suggestions

I used to be a 34G, that little stickers could hold those up is a joke. I very early on capitulated and wore styles I could hide a bra underneath.

Oh no hold on, here you go www.amazon.co.uk/CatoFree-Reusable-Strapless-Invisible-Dress-Nude/dp/B0FVSM7BDV

You'd be better off with a low-backed corset type bra.

Oh, maybe not the corset idea then.

I'd be choosing a different dress, tbh.

Is the front well fitting with thickish fabric or more loose and floaty. If it’s more structured, then you could try boomba they stick to you but also stick to the fabric to hold everything in place. No good if it is looser or floaty fabric though.
