Mascara and liquid liner that won’t budge in the heat

My regular one has changed formula recently and it’s just melting. I need something that just doesn’t budge - 100% waterproof

I look like I have a black eye - never had this before

I use the No7 tubing mascara, not the new one the one in the gold box ,been useing it for a few years, I have oily skin it's the only one that doesn't melt even at a funeral it stays on.

Mac liquid lash for eyeliner- has stayed all day in a v hot humid country

No7 stay perfect mascara. The only mascara I've ever used that doesn't budge and I've used a LOT of mascaras. Only hot water and my superdrug hot cloth cleanser gets it off.

I've been swimming in it and not one black eye or run mascara. Even after getting water in my eye.

It's not great at giving thick lashes though so I tend to use it on my lower lash day to day and 5D pow mascara on my top lashes. My lower lashes are long too so I needed one that didn't run.

Tubing mascara from Charlotte tilbury - zero smudge

No 7 tubing mascara is the only one I have ever had that doesn’t slide off my eyelashes.

I’m wearing elf eyeliner and Kylash (Kylie Jenner) mascara. It’s doing the job

Either a tubing mascara (although I find I don’t get the same volumised look with those) or maybelline curl bounce waterproof it’s bombproof

I'd suggest ingredients so you have more options! For both products, look for "film-forming polymers" specifically "acrylates copolymer or trimethylsiloxysilicate" in the formula. For liner specifically, gel or felt-tip formula with Those polymers in a carbon black base tends to hold better than pencil formulas in heat. Hops this helps.

I always go back to Lash Paradise.
