I’ve been suckered in by TikTok videos that make it look super easy and have all the bits currently sitting in my Amazon basket. Am I kidding myself or are they actually doable?

It’s not difficult but it’s very time consuming.

That’s good to hear, my daughter wants to have them too so we can do each others rather than trying to do it on ourselves which might be easier!

I weaned myself off salon gels by switching to essie gel couture with their e drops. Not quite as durable as gel, but very good and less of a faff.

Very hard work and very damaging to nails due to removal process. I got stuck in during Covid and ended up with a gel allergy. So, had to stop despite all the investment I'd made in varnishes, dryer, remover etc.

Let me know if you want some free stuff! I'll send it to you!
