Fake tan tips for an even glow without streaks or smell

Please can someone educate me about fake tan and how best to get a nice all-over glow that isn't a) streaky or b) going to mean orange bedsheets and living with that horrible chemical stink for hours on end.

If you're a fake tan afficionado, please tell me your secrets!

You may be best starting with a gradual tinted moisturiser. Something like garnier summer body/ dove visible glow. You can build it up slowly.
If it’s an instant tan, I highly recommend UTan cherry almond turbo mousse. It’s the most even and natural looking one I’ve tried. And I’ve tried many. UTan also do a tanning water mist for the face. They are great products!

Also, you’ll get best results, whatever the product, if you ensure your skin is regularly exfoliated and moisturised. This is the most crucial part to avoid patchiness.
