Heat protection spray for shiny bouncy bob!

I’ve recently had my hair cut into a French bob and although I’ve always been hopeless at blow drying my hair, I’ve had to learn fast because it looks so much better when I blow dry my hair properly. However, I’m struggling to find a heat protection spray to use that helps to hold the blow dry but also leaves it shiny and bouncy.

I’ve tried a Pantene mousse that includes heat protection and also Elvive Heat Slayer, but both leave my hair feeling sticky and dull, and sort of ‘helmet-like’ with very little movement, rather than shiny and bouncy! I think my hairdresser used a Colour Wow one, but I’d heard that can build up over time and is difficult to remove.

Does anyone have any recommendations please?

John Frieda Vibrant Shine 3 in 1 spray along the lengths with a bit of John Frieda Root Booster on the roots.
Works for me.

Im finding my hot brush amazing for my bob - mines an air wrap attachment but it’s been a game changer.

Thank you both. I was considering a hot brush. I am so crack-handed at blow drying and thought that having one single styling tool to hold might be easier than a brush and my hairdryer. Will have a look at the John Frieda!

Cream-mist hybrids also tend to work really well on french bobs because they smooth the cuticle without over-coating the hair. Fine hair especially gets weighed down quickly, so lighter formulas usually perform better than strong hold styling products.
