Outfit ideas for an outdoor ashes scattering (potential changeable weather & long walk)

Could I have outfit thoughts for a ceremonial scattering of ashes (please)

Outside in late July
Slow long walk from the car park to the location (elderly relatives), entirely across grass - 15/20 mins or so each way.
The event is in the middle of a long mall of trees on a grass strip (the spot itself is not shaded by the trees)
Mid afternoon - 20 to 30 min 'service'
Longish drive to the location (3 hours)
Potential for changeable weather
5ft
Size 18 top (huge bust)
Size 14 bottom
50's
Olive skin
Brown & silver mix hair long bob
Normal style, asymmetrical/bright colours and designs - top/bottom combos as a dress never fits, boots with heels

looking for:

A light, flowy, matching set in 18/20, a petite size, with a matching coat/fancy cardigan.
Something with a slightly funky design shape or silhouette would be lovely - but nothing outrageous enough to draw attention at a sad formal event - just stylish
Needs to be dark grey or black to match the dress code.

Its a big ask - anyone got any ideas?

I forgot to add a budget - £150 to £200 (not including the coat or any shoe recommendations)

This? Might be better with another layer underneath rather than over:

Or something else from the Curve section. (Filter for colour, Sort from high to low price.) If you’re wearing trousers you may simply have to have them shortened.

Thank you! That looks awesome. Length might be an issue (I was in M&S at the weekend with a lady to help me shop - we seemed to try on the whole department, but I am so short that I was limited to the very short or capri (that sit like full trousers)

She ended up putting me in some black cropped pilazo pants (that flared out wide and a crisp white long-sleeved high-necked eyelet lace top that came below my knees - she seemed very happy - I, however, though I looked like a priest 😂
