I fancy a second hand Westwood skirt in size 14. The waist is 29-30 inches but the hips are 33. That sounds madness to me-does that sound like a realistic VW sizing? Even at my skinniest back in the 00 and wearing size 26 low rise jeans my hips were never that tiny.
